Jalal Safarzadeh

Engineer Jalal Safarzadeh was born in 1919 in Sirjan. He completed his elementary and high school education by the fourth grade of high school in Sirjan and received his mathematics diploma in the fifth and sixth years of his high school in Tehran. In the same year he passed the entrance exams of Tehran Polytechnic School (now Amir Kabir) and in 1347 he obtained master's degree in chemical and petrochemical engineering. In February 1345 he started his work at Dorud Cement Company of Lorestan which belongs to Fars and Khuzestan Cement Company and worked as a factory laboratory chemist. His starting salary was 20,000 Rials a month. At that time, the situation in Tehran and other cities was not good: "I was able to get a job because of a traineeship at the Shiraz Cement Factory, which had a daily production of 200 tonnes a day from its cement subsidiaries. Fars and Khuzestan were, of course, very low public rates, for example 50 kilos of lamb. Anyway, it was a good salary for me, and I could live my life in a decent way. " Mr. Saffarzadeh had eight years of experience working in Durood cement and then retired: "I continued working in Durood Cement for 8 years and after this time, I needed to test my luck elsewhere. So I came to the Isfahan Cement Factory, owned by Ali and Hossein Hamedanian brothers, who today also work for more than 14,000 employees under the name of Charity Ali and Hossein Hamedanian. My salary in this factory was about six thousand tomans. Twenty times that could be bought for a residential unit on Kamal Ismail St., Isfahan today, with 200,000 rupees, twenty times as much as buying a house It is impossible, let alone in big cities, to work in Isfahan Cement for more than 1.5 years because I had been appointed to work under the supervision of a German engineer, so I apologized for continuing my work. I started as the head of the Sufi cement factory, I was honored to be the youngest head of the Iranian factory, Mr. Lili Abadi, after four years of working in the Sufi cement that I truly loved and loved, my dear Azeri compatriots. I will never forget the time of the Sufyan cement personnel, the situation was such that I had to resign but 14 of my colleagues I remember my resignation, they also work in cement Sufis resigned. It was not a resignation, but a layoff, because a large number of factory workers opposed the old regime and demanded a very respectful apology, and then I had to leave the factory. "One of the co-workers that Engineer Saffarzadeh mentions is Niki. Mr. Mohammad Ali Abbaspour is one of the co-workers who started with me in the cement industry. Mr. Mohammad Ali Abbaspour was the son of Sirjan Zaman, a graduate of Aria Mehr University (now Sharif). A talented young man who at the same time wanted to hire German and Danish foreign companies for Sufi cement, and I disagreed. Engineer Abbaspour is a high-IQ engineer and today has a high IQ, and today he has a large Megan Design Company that does a lot of great design work such as cranes and marine platforms and is one of the honors of the country's industry, especially Kerman province. " After leaving Sufyan cement engineer Saffarzadeh goes to Kerman cement: "After I was expelled from Sufyan cement on the invitation of Kerman cement and in 1356 I followed my work in Kerman cement. The work environment of Kerman Cement was a friendly and intimate environment. Since my work in Kerman coincided with the Islamic Revolution, I tried to send a large number of technical workers abroad during their service, in order to raise their level of education, including one of Mr. Mohammad Nakhaeinejad, an active youth worker. He took the opportunity to attain an engineering degree and is also an expert in the cement industry and is a proud servant of the Kermanis who have children such as Engineer Abbas Poor and Nakhinejad Engineer in the industry. Another good colleague of mine in the Sufi cement who studied night and day at the Tabriz School of Engineering and spent days in the Sufi cement is Dr. Mohammad Reza Ayatollah, who became the CEO of the Sufi cement after the revolution and together on the Sufi board. we were. After that he became the Minister of Mines and Metals and now he is the Deputy Minister of Interior and Head of the State Registration Office, which is a very happy place for my servants and proud to have such good colleagues. "Engineer Saffarzadeh steps up one step further. Another said: "After completing my work in Kerman Cement (after 11 years) I was appointed to the Cement Operational Director of Tehran. Tehran Cement is the largest cement production unit in the country with a population of over two thousand employees. After the cement in Tehran, again with the desire to do something in the Kerman area, I was elected as the CEO of Kerman Machinery Company. The board was headed by the Kerman governor, although other members and decision makers of the Kerman Company were the case. They were forced to give up and I had to quit. Kerman's machinery was supposed to make the mines, which he didn't build. After working in the cement industry, I returned to the cement industry and was appointed secretary of the cement society. For four and a half years, I was the secretary of the cement industry. Run to cement with ah
After the revolution, Kerman Cement was the first factory to appoint workers on board. Although they also fired me out of the factory for other reasons, it was a good test for the work environment. Kerman Cement was the first factory to lay off workers for a month and gave employees about 10 to 12 tonnes of cement. Kerman Cement Factory created worker house in the province. It was the first company to insure employees' lives and try to build homes for those without shelter. In the cement, with the permission of the factory head, I used to spend extra time teaching in the high school and at the conservatory, and many of them succeeded in obtaining a diploma at the conservatory, some of whom had attained an engineering degree, which was a great source of pride for the servant. During my service in Kerman Cement, Kerman Cement was one of the founders of Khash Cement - Hormozgan Cement Company, and for many years I was a member of the board of directors at Shahid Bahonar Industrial Complex for the construction of most of its securities, at a cost. Each share of 5,000 rials was sold to the cement workers and fortunately the unit was established. I also served as Managing Director (Rafsanjan Civil Development) for several years to transfer water from Karun branches to Rafsanjan. I was also a member of the board of directors of Zarrin Rafsanjan Cement for many years and I hope this humble service will be accepted by the dear Kerman people. "Engineer Saffarzadeh cared for his workers while he was raised in a working-class family. And loses her mother and her uncle takes care of her: "Because I lost my beloved father before I was born and died a month after my beloved mother died, so I grew up in a working family under my noble uncle but always I tried not to forget my past life and today after 40 years of working in the cement industry Not Gzydham settlement. Maybe there is an opportunity to collect my thirty-year management mistakes so that future executives in their industry will not repeat themselves, which will be a small service. "
